Description and Responsibilities
This position reports to the Americas MDM Manager and is located at the Americas Headquarters in Southern WI. This role involves collaboration across functions and regions with responsibility for the integrity and analytics of the America's master data.
Responsibilities
Ensure governance is in line with the KerryConnect program.
Cleanse and enrich data in preparation for conversion to SAP.
Create, update and distribute meaningful reports on the data and progress in cleansing
Ensure service levels on turnaround of MDM requests along with other role KPI's are performing to target
Identify opportunities to further utilize MDM tools to improve data management and cleansing within the business.
Articulate and document business requirements and data needs for MDM projects.
Support master data integration as part of the acquisition process
Manage and develop members of the MDM team.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in accounting/finance or related area
2 or more years of MDM related experience required
2 or more years of professional experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (MS Project desirable)
Proficiency working with ERP systems, business intelligence systems, CRM systems and Sharepoint
