Our Door Division is seeking a Pre Finish Team Lead to join our team.
In this position you will report directly to the Pre Finish Supervisor.
From the Team Lead position, you can be promoted to a Shift Supervisor and from there an Operations Manager.
You may also transfer to another branch to accept one of these roles as well should you apply and be chosen.
The team has leadership development tracks that focus on coaching, leading change, delivering feedback, and dealing with conflict.

Responsibilities:
Review weekly quality control reports to identify and correct issues Attend and actively participate in weekly quality meetings and set specific weekly goals for your team to drive quality initiatives and address any issues that were communicated during the meeting Attend and actively participate in team lead meetings to look for and solve issues throughout the shop Document, review, and make suggestions for improving new hire training procedures throughout your team Maintain 100% compliance with the new hire on-boarding schedule Deliver and track all cross-training efforts within your team to cover PTO, position vacancies, and sales fluctuations Competencies Building Trust Communication Productivity Leadership
Qualifications:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED):
Required Must have completed in-house training:
Leadership Skills for Group Leaders 2 plus years of experience in Production or related field Must be able to work effectively as a member of a team in a time and safety sensitive environment.
Must have basic math skills and be able to read a tape measure and work orders.
