June through August (variable hours; approximately 5-15 hours/week) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for handling admission policies, cash handling procedures, sale of products and program activities, and providing general customer service.
Expected to run a smooth, well-organized and efficient operation and handle customer complaints in a courteous manner.
Fill out required forms, complete all task associated with opening and closing procedures, keep all areas stocked with appropriate inventory/sale items, keep work area clean, assist customers with equipment operation to ensure their satisfaction and safety, make sure equipment is safe and in good working condition, answer phone in a very courteous and professional manner, and complete daily assignments as assigned.
Ability to handle difficult people/situations in a courteous and professional manner.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 16 years of age upon employment.
Must be creative, enthusiastic, highly organized, motivated, dependable, patient and able to maintain discipline.
Must be capable of following directions and have an ability to learn new skills.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to complete daily paperwork and work well with others from different cultures and backgrounds.
