This role will provide support for facility services for ABC, L&W and TCI owned and leased branches.
This position will consistently uphold and maintain facilities standards, and work-place environment as it pertains to lease obligations and the value of ABC's owned assets, for E-maint, utilities services and decommission and special projects.
Essential duties and activities Provide field support of maintenance, repair, and compliance for E-maint software pertaining to FM Warranty repair procedures and assistance for databases Oversee the utility process for all branches Assist in decommission tasks for FM department Monitors and validates inspection requirements and compliance when notice is given Maintains a shared list of key repair/maintenance vendors and contacts for databases Assist in special projects as assigned, may include travel to branches from time to time Specific qualifications include:
5-7 years' workplace software experience (Maximo, E-maint.
, ServiceNow or others) A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Facility Management, Construction and or Property Management with a multi-site responsibility.
Above average Microsoft Office skill level Ability to read and understand building plans General understanding of lease terms Able to travel up to 15% (Planned and flexible - unless an ER) Project management skills - ability to manage and balance multiple projects and tasks Skills, knowledge, and abilities:
Above average written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills, patience and follow through on tasks Possess a realistic common-sense approach to doing business.
