Business Analyst
Summary:
The Branch Accounting Business Analyst will assist with a variety of strategic business initiatives and high-level project tasks that partially include:
Project management and coordination of our large-scale ERP implementation Continued support, training, and enhancement of our ERP system Key accounting contact for transitional support of company-led acquisitions Partner with key stakeholders for continued world class support of customers and associates SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proven working experience in a related field Ability to effectively identify, communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines with varying degrees of pressure Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems Experience with testing and mapping various business processes and protocols Familiarity with ServiceNow, AS400, large-scale ERP's, Billtrust, Five 9's Confluence, preferred Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports Detail Oriented, Self-Starter High level of professionalism ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following.

Gather and analyze data for department process changes Putting data into user-friendly process flows and training guides Identify specific business opportunities within the department Assist with project management for select projects Test business processes and recommend improvements Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand department performance Perform ServiceNow, ERP, Five9's, and other data discovery and analysis Identify opportunities for increased functionality and enhancements to incident management platforms Using data, assist the department supervisors with developing standards for common inquiries As Assigned Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Business Process Improvement Business Processes Business Requirements Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
