The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support to customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer service issues.
