Cleans, mops, dusts, sanitizes and inspects environments within the hospital facility.
Restocks paper products, soaps, and lotions as required.
Surface cleans and disinfects high contact surfaces to reduce hospital obtained infections and/or illness.
Performs terminal cleaning of patient rooms upon patient discharge per policy and procedure.
Performs daily and terminal cleaning of surgical operating rooms.
Isolates, cleans, and sanitizes bodily fluid contaminated areas as required.
Removes, segregates, and store soiled linen per policy and procedure.
Routinely empties trash/garbage, contaminated sharps, and infectious waste receptacles.
Removes soiled cubicle curtains and segregates for laundering.
Replace with clean curtains.
Makes note of building deficiencies and flaws and reports them promptly to management.
