Our team works closely with roofing contractors and our distribution partner to provide training and customized service to ensure optimal product performance.
We are looking for a talented customer service representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be a key contact for our customers, vendors, and the Mule-Hide national sales force.

Specific duties may include:
Providing exceptional customer service and communicating with customers via telephone and email Receiving and addressing customer inquiries and concerns Uploading orders into an ERP system Ensuring customer orders are completed in a timely manner Proactively communicating with customers when changes occur with their orders Monitoring customer satisfaction and promoting the company in a positive manner Tracking shipments when necessary Preparing invoices for accounting Other duties as assigned Specific qualifications include:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team player Detail-oriented Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Previous experience is welcomed, but we are willing to train the right candidate Benefits may include:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
