An Onsite position Monday - Friday (with flexibility for on-call shifts) Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
P & L Performance Customer KPI Performance Safety Training--must know logs, DOT compliance, and have CSA understanding.
Learns functions of key positions in the company & support team Focus on dispatch and learning key operations.
Customer communication with load updates, set appointments, etc.
Invoicing and Payroll.
Safety & Maintenance procedure compliance May involve Ride-A-Longs with team members or travel for company events
Qualifications:
Firm knowledge operating in ERP systems such as TMW, Various Dispatch Systems, AS400, Customer ERP Systems, Citrix, PC Miler/Routing, and Maintenance Reporting System.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Good problem resolution skills.
Possess strong data entry skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure is very important.
Excellent organization skills.
Education &
Experience:
Management experience is required.
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience desired.
Background in Safety and OSHA compliance is desired.
Experience in a transportation environment is desired.
