The successful candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service.
The Service Technician Apprentice will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer issues, performing preventative maintenance, and providing training on the use of our products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair customer equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot customer equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on customer equipment.
Provide technical support to customers.
Install and configure customer equipment.
Keep accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
