Summary:
The HR Administrative Assistant provides complex administrative and clerical support.
The ideal candidate will have one to two years or more experience in a fast-paced office environment.
The candidate will have an understanding of general office procedures, ability to communicate effectively, solve intermediate level problems, assist with basic research, respond to department inquiries (including communication with external customers), assist with the development and administration of various departmental programs and reports, as well as perform administrative and office support activities for multiple managers and/or departments.

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain contact lists.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Requirements:
Strong Communication skills Excellent customer service skills High Scholl Diploma or Equivalent Attention to Detail Strong computer skills including MS Excel At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience required Some HR experience is preferred, but not required Looking for someone who is creative and willing to take on new tasks Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks Willing to help as needed and work in a team environment.
