This position will work with our construction team and subcontractors to manage new construciton projects.
Previous experience as in the contstruction field is preferred.

Job Duties:
Manage and facilitate residential projects through completion Provide accurate project schedules to management and assigned subcontractors Maintain communication with subcontractors and management Maintain a clean job site Coordinate inspection with inspectors Obtain and submit Certificate of Completion at end of project Work within budgets Additional job duties as required Job Requirements:
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate oral and written instructions.
Ability to communicate fluently in English - bilingual a plus Organized and able to multi-task Team player Basic understanding of the construction process Basic understanding of tools, handling and operation Use of BuilderTrend or other construction software app Basic understanding of technology, basic computer skills Must Have Valid Driver's License
